Do you charge for software upgrades or updates?
No, Campspot does not charge for software updates and upgrades. In fact, there is no need to ever download and install updates to our software! Our browser-based application allows us to instantly and seamlessly release updates to all of our customers at once. When improvements and new features are launched, you’ll receive instant access to them at no extra cost — meaning your software will always be up-to-date and affordable.
Does Campspot require any specialized hardware?
No, Campspot is an online application. This means that all you need to use our software is an internet connection and a computer with a modern web browser. We recommend the latest version of Google Chrome for best results.
Do I have to put all my sites on Campspot?
No, Campspot can be used with as many or as few sites as you like. Some of our customers have found it beneficial to initially manage only a select number of sites through Campspot as a way to try out the software.
Can I pass reservation fees through to customers?
Yes, many of our customers add a surcharge to customer orders to offset the Campspot reservation fee. Custom site rates and fees can easily be configured using Campspot's administrative tools.
Do I have to pay extra for rate and business rule changes?
No, we do not charge extra for rate and business rule changes. Through our powerful administrative platform, you'll be able to set custom rates, create advanced business rules, and more.
Do I have to set up and navigate Campspot’s software on my own?
Absolutely not! Once you sign on with us, you’ll receive a dedicated Account Manager to guide you through our step-by-step setup process. You and your staff will have access to all of the live training and digital resources (such as webinars and our support website) needed to confidently start taking online reservations.
